Tamilnadu Medical Service Recruitment Board has notified the official notification and official application forms for Assistant Surgeon, EEG Technician, Pharmacist, Village Health Nurse, Laboratory Technician and other jobs on the website www.mrb.tn.gov.in. All men and women who are eligible and interested in TN MRB posts fill out their application online and check the new TN MRB Notification.
Assistant Surgeon:
- Must have completed an MBBS Degree from a recognized University. And MBBS Degree should be recognized by the Indian Medical Council.
- Must be a Registered Practitioner through Madras Medical Organization.
- A minimum of 12 months experience as a House Surgeon.
- Candidates must have registered their name with Tamil Nadu Medical.
- The monthly salary for the post of Assistant Surgeon is Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500.
- Candidates belonging to SC, SCA, ST, MBC, DNC, BC, and BCM can apply for the post of Assistant Surgeon only within 59 years of age.
- Disabled persons up to 47 years and ex-servicemen up to 50 years can apply for the post of Assistant Surgeon.
EEG Technician:
- Must have passed class 12th examination with Science subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology etc.
- OR Passed Class XII with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Must have passed a one-year EEG/EMG certification course through a recognized medical organization.
- The post of EEG Technician will be paid from Rs 19,500 to Rs 71,900 per month.
- All categories of people can apply for EEG Technician jobs between 18 years to 32 years only
- Disabled candidates between 18 years to 42 years, Ex-Servicemen between 18 years to 50 years and Widows between 18 years to 59 years can apply for the post of EEG Technician.
Pharmacist:
- Should have studied Diploma in Indian System of Medicinal or a Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Pay Matrix Level 35,400 to 1,30,400 will be given for the post of Pharmacist.
- The age of the candidate applying for the post of Pharmacist should be between 18 years to 60 years only.
- In the Tamil Nadu Medical Service Recruitment Board system, there are Pharmacist posts in Unani, Siddha, Ayurveda etc.

Village Health Nurse:
- To apply for the post of Village Health Nurse must have passed 12th standard.
- Must have completed two years of Multi-Purpose Health Workers (Female) training course through Tamil Nadu Public Health and Preventive Medicine.
- Must possess registration certificate issued by the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council.
- As per Level 8, the monthly salary will be Rs 19,500 to Rs 62,000 for the post of Village Health Nurse.
- For the post of Village Health Nurse, all category candidates should apply between 18 years to 42 years only.
- The maximum age limit for disabled persons is 52 years and for destitute widows is 59 years.
Laboratory Technician:
- Must have passed 12th standard.
- One year Medical Laboratory Technical Course certificate from a recognized institute.
- Candidate should have a good physique, good vision, and outdoor working ability.
- The consolidated monthly salary for the post of Laboratory Technician is Rs. 13,000.
- 18 years of age should be completed for the post of Laboratory Technician. Eligible persons with a maximum age of 60 years can apply.
